Returns Policy

It is really important to us that you love your purchase. If however you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn’t suit or doesn’t fit, we will happily exchange it for an in store credit, which may be used to purchase any item/s in our store.

If a product exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order for that same product using the store credit provided.

Please note postage of all returns is at the customer’s expense.   All credits will be issued automatically once the item is received and inspected. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us and follow the steps to return it. If upon inspection the item is found to be faulty and meets the conditions listed below, a store credit or full refund for the item may be arranged at the customer's discretion.


  1. Log in to the ‘MY ACCOUNT section of the website. Please note if you checked out ‘as a guest’ an idle account is automatically created for you and an email is generated requesting a password. If however, you are unable to find this email or are having difficulties please contact us to restore your account. 
  2. View the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘Manage My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you cannot access this please email your request to info@trendthreads.com with your order number.
  3. Post the item back to us within 14 days of purchase (or 21 days for International customers). Enclose with a written note of your name and order number to:

Please allow 5 working days for the return to be inspected and processed. Your store credit will automatically be issued to your account and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Please note items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state (ie. any tags removed) will not be accepted.


  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (21 days for International customers)
  2. Any items returned after 14 days of purchase (21 days for International customers) will not be accepted
  3. Items must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original condition in any way (ie. no makeup stains/deodorant/perfume on the garment)
  4. Items must have their original tags attached.

If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any one of these conditions, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Custom Embroidered Products: 

Please select carefully as custom embroidered pyjamas cannot be returned due to personalisation. If however, the item is faulty please follow the returns procedure as outlined above.


International Customers:

Our returns policy is the same for International customers. However, the customer has 21 days from the date of purchase to return the item and postage costs for all returns will be at the customer’s expense.
